Leave the motorway A12 at the 'Massa' exit. After the toll follow the curve until the T junction and turn right. At the traffic lights (about 20 yards) turn right in the direction Mare (Sea), Marina di Massa. Follow the road for about 1 mile up to the roundabout, turn left, 3rd exit into Via delle Pinete. We are about 200 yards on the left hand side. Please drive straight into our car park.
